Jiffy Dry Cleaners isn’t your usual run-of-the-mill dry cleaners; they regularly work with a wide variety of uncommon markets, including theatrical and pastoral industries. Of course, they still offer personal, corporate, wedding, and household services as well. But what sets them apart is their ability to go above and beyond for their customers by building customer relationships that have stood the test of time. The fact that they’ve been a bustling business since 1958 is a testament to their customer satisfaction guarantee.

As an essential business, Jiffy Dry Cleaners was able to remain open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. How did they adjust?Jiffy Dry Cleaners

Robert DeRosa, owner, tells us, “Workers and customers were limited for safety reasons. [We enforced] mask wearing and increased cleaning of ALL contact surfaces.”

Because of these adjustments and their commitment to serve you, they’ve been able to remain open 6 days a week! (M-F 8am-5:30pm, Sat 8am-4pm)

How We Serve Them

Since 2018, we’ve been working with Jiffy Dry Cleaners, assisting them with their tax preparation and accounting needs.

But in 2020, small businesses like Jiffy Dry Cleaners needed help to stay afloat. Although the new bills passed would provide relief, the tax jargon, rigorous regulations, and other complications made the road to recovery a nightmare.

“Alfano and Company has assisted us with changes due to Covid,” says Rob, “and provided us with vital information and services to keep this business going especially during these extremely challenging times!”

This year we assisted many businesses in our community with their SBA and PPP loan applications. Many have also entrusted us with their bookkeeping services, which has enabled us to track their expenses and ensure forgiveness of their loans. With more relief packages rolling out, we’re ready to continue providing the support and the resources they need to thrive!
